The accommodation was in a great location for amenities, the swimming pool, walking and cycling. There is also a train station a couple of minutes away. The house was extremely clean, spacious and really well equipped for entertaining. It has a lovely garden and small patio area. Communications with the owner were prompt & detailed. We would love to return for a longer stay to explore the area more.

Our stay in Hathersage was wonderful, the house was perfect - really beautiful, well stocked, great location for walks in the area and very peaceful. The beds were really comfy too which is perfect at the end of a long day in the hills! Plenty of space for 3 couples and a dog! Thank you - we'd love to come back!

We really recommend Nicky’s place as a lovely base to explore the local area. The house is a beautiful and spacious family home. Really well equipped with everything we needed (eg Dog bowl which we had forgotten!) and so much on the doorstep in Hathersage to enjoy. Of particular note is the delightful kitchen/dining sunroom (where we spent most of our time when in the house) – great views of the surrounding hills and the lovely garden which we enjoyed on non-rainy days. Excellent communication with Nicky, especially when we had a little plumbing issue – it was sorted within a few hours of contacting her. Lots of lovely touches on our arrival in the house which made us feel welcome (even the Easter bunny had visited for the children! – thank you). Easy access on arrival and we were able to park right outside the property during our stay. Would absolutely stay again.
