You can’t beat the location or the community. It’s a beautiful spot with amazing views. The unit itself was just “okay”. The walls were scuffed and the bathroom floors really need a good scrubbing. I found some hair that found its way from under the cabinet and the shower faucets are really hard to turn on. Plus the master bathroom toilet handle fell off and we had to spend our last day flushing by lifting the tank lid. The shower is slippery, and there are no grab bars. Be aware if you need some extra stability. If you’re a cook, be sure to bring your own utensils. The kitchen had some scratched nonstick pots, one frying pan, and mostly plastic glasses. I don’t cook much on vacation, so it was fine for me. The pictures show two tables on the patio, but there was only one. The inside furniture is a little musty. The unit has great potential and amazing views, but an annual painting and new pots and pans would go a long way.

Overall place was great! View was amazing and it was close to town. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom floors need to be cleaned or replaced. Also cushions on balcony should get replaced as well. Beautiful location and area!
