The room floor needs some help. The room in general is ok, manageable, but not for a 13 week contract. Especially when there’s spiders webs every corner In the house, around the eating table. Definitely needs to be inspected before receiving guests. There’s visible clumps of spider webs In the front lawn. I also no from multiple people that I talk to during work that prices have increased and it’s obvious so I understand on conserving energy but having the house temperature stay at 78 only when it’s 105° Outside and there’s poor air conditioning in the room I stayed is very hard. So the home definitely needs to be inspected before guest arrive to make sure everything is good. The roommate testator was very respectful kind really easy to get along with. Her the orderers are really nice easy to communicate with but it is hard having to pay extra from what you already pay for, for electricity especially since majority of my time was not Spend there, paying 194 more was upsetting, so I had to limit myself even more on staying at the property. She did show me the fill on how high it was but that is out of my control and what is being wasted because I sleep during the day and I work for 12 hours during the night. Over all they are pleasant great people.

Paula's place was good for a long term stay and in a quiet location. She was great with communication and easily reachable.

Spent over a month at Paula's. It was very quiet and convenient and a great value! Perfect for someone in town on a monthly assignment.
