Wonderful home away from home! Self-check in was a breeze, the wi-fi was strong and the complementary coffee were all an added bonus! The grounds were beautiful to walk, the trails just outside the gate impressed beyond expectation and Elia was an absolute gem of a host - prompt & accessible communication & his recommendations were on point!

The view from the pool is great. If you love hiking this is the place to be. As a minus I think that the towels should be replaced. The pool is accesibile only from 9 to 18:40.

Alles super , sehr schöne Aussicht von dem Grundstück. Die Wohnung hat aber keine direkte Sicht aufs Meer

L'appartamento di Elia è un gioiellino! Con tutte le indicazioni da lui fornite non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema con il check-in. L'appartamento è tutto nuovo, molto ordinato e assolutamente pulito. Vista impeccabile dalla struttura, facile raggiungere il mare attraverso un sentiero di 15 minuti a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla. Peccato per la piscina che era inagibile al molemto del nostro arrivo ma per il resto tutto perfetto! Elia è un Host molto attento agli ospiti, gentile e premuroso. Ci ha indicato tutte le regole prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli sulla zona!

Terrible deal, the appartement didn’t worth the price , it was humid and very inconfortable, we couldn’t sleep at night as the bed sheets were humidand smell very bad , they seemed to be old and not soft at all. The appartement was smelly and Elia gave us so much instructions to do before leaving ( we turned on the dishwasher, it was washing and asked us to wash it with hands and put it in their place), he was not happy that we asked for an extra hour to check out as we had a terrible night and we woke up late. I really recommend Elia to buy a new bed and new sheets, arrange to have a real A/C at home and change the lights in the appartement as it’s dark inside.
