David’s place is modern and plenty of things to do in the home from cornhole to mini golf and jacuzzi. There’s even a rooftop landing to spend time on and enjoy the view from 4 flights up. 👍

Not enough clean towels for five adults, one of the remotes was broken and multiple remotes had dead batteries, dryer was full of clothes so to wash towels we would've had to fold the previous tenants wash. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, dog poop was around the outside area on the game turf, the downstairs sitting area had crumbs all over the carpet and on the table. Outlets in bathroom did not work after the first day and the outdoor fire pit did not work. The house was nice and big enough however, there were smaller details, not taken care of like listed above that were annoyances. The piles of dog poop all around outside was a big turn off

The location is great and you have an awesome view, recalls at night from the backyard. Great backyard with the fire and hot tub Upon arriving, we did notice some things were off. - The smoke detector was completely off the wall and just sitting on a counter not attached, doesn’t make me feel super safe. -The air vent had tons and tons of dust caked up on it. Makes me feel like the air filter has not been replaced in the past three months since this is so dirty. - some urine around the toilet in the kitchen, so some areas that needed to be cleaned up. - neighbors dog came out and use the bathroom on the golf course and right on a golf ball. The kids did not want to play anymore after they saw that The house is very modern and beautiful. Plenty of space in a full-size kitchen to do cooking. So overall some good and some not so good. I asked the kids when we left what they would rate it, they said three stars. I’m giving it four and I think that’s fair.

We felt safe, it was close to literally everything and was perfect space for all of us to have our own space. And David was very well with communication. We fell in love with Nashville!

Ten of us came to Nashville for the SEC tournament. Age range 26-73. Could not have stayed at a better place. Been coming down for 20 years. Uber to Broadway in 10 minutes. Walked to a bus stop in less than (5). Kroger (2) miles away. 10/10 of us want to come back and stay here next year if David will have us.
