The place was just as described and pictured on the listing. It was right in the middle of everything which made transportation a breeze. The directions left for check in and check out were very easy to understand and the place was cleaned! The stairs to go upstairs are narrow and spirals so I recommend taking your time. There also was no iron and ironing board available so be aware of that when packing. I did like the fact that Anya checked in with us during our stay to see how things were going

Great one night stay at Anya's in Rochester. Clear instructions with pictures were provided prior to arrival which helped with a seamless self check in. Nice to have a parking space close to the entrance. What a unique and beautiful space in a historic building. The two rooms were very comfortable and stylishly decorated, one has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen and living room area on the upper level was so nice to have since we were two couples and has an amazing seating area. Loved it. The 2nd full bathroom was on that level and was eell stocked with towels and shampoo conditioner and bodywash. The staircase up to this space is a tight squeeze but worked fine for us. There were coffee pods, bottled water and snack bars which were appreciated. There is a great patio space as well accessible from the 2nd level but it was raining so we didn't get to use. Hosts were attentive and checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well. Thanks for a great stay.
