The host had to cancel the day before check-in. I had to follow up multiple times, including contacting Airbnb myself, to secure a promised full refund. The host failed to cancel at the time promised and stopped being responsive after notifying me about the cancellation. I fully understand the need to cancel but I wished it was handled better. After all I was the one being inconvenienced.

This apartment is nice and in a great location right by the Fort York National Historical site. This proved to be fortuitous since a powerful art exhibit was showing at that site during our stay! The views from this 37th floor apartment are awesome as stated in many reviews. Some things in the apartment need a bit of love, fixing or attention and it was not cleaned properly when we arrived, which was a surprise for a place in this price range billed as a luxury stay. Fortunately the owner Kat and her team, communicated well and took care of the cleaning (and apartment prep that wasn’t handled properly,) the day after our arrival. The bedding and sheets were nice though the mattress was a bit hard, as mentioned in other reviews. There was plenty of space to put clothes in the bedroom, the bathroom needs some additional towel bars/rings but is nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to be comfortable. I feel like the parking spot should have been included since I payed over $4000 for 8 nights. Otherwise this place is worth it for its price, being that it’s in a great location, has security in the building and 37th floor views. I recommend it overall, for a stay in downtown Toronto.

This view is INCREDIBLE. The place is so beautiful and the perfect place for exploring Toronto. Seriously, that view might be the best in the city.

Wow, there’s hardly enough words to describe this place. Perfect unit with perfect views, and of course perfect hosts. Absolutely amazing stay, if you’re hesitant about staying here. This was worth every penny. And I’ll recommend it to anyone who wants a perfect place to stay.
