Anu and Chris's house is a very good option where you can stay peacefully in Colombo. The house is decorated with valuable photographs, furniture and books. The bathroom and room are very spacious. It was also a pleasure for us to chat with our hosts and get advice from them. Upon your arrival, there is an information folder in the room where you can find answers to many questions. Hey, and as a bonus, the presence of 3 dogs and 2 cats in this big house with a garden helped us satisfy our longing for the animals we left behind home. All in all, it was a great choice to stay in Colombo. We would like to go again.

Loved my stay at Anu’s place. She was very kind and accommodating. And the place was spacious, super clean with beautiful interior. Totally worth the price. Will definitely stay again if I ever visit Colombo in future.

Anu and Chris are warm, generous, and knowledgeable hosts. They are truly wonderful people and now dear friends. Their home is filled with local artwork and much of their own photography depicting Sri Lankan nature and history. They have the sweetest dogs that welcome you when you return home, and home is exactly what it feels like. I will treasure the time I’ve spent with Anu and Chris, from watching monkeys and birds in the front yard to discussing the state of the world around their kitchen table. I had my own space and a sense of community. It was ideal. Thank you, Anu and Chris!

Immaculate, peaceful, comfortable and well appointed upstairs unit in the heart of Colombo was the perfect booking. Modern and spotless bathroom, quiet and well functioning ac unit, and well equipped kitchen made this stay relaxing and restful. Hosts are responsive and very accommodating.

When you arrive at Anu's place you are immediately struck by the peaceful and welcoming ambience of her home. The house is set within a beautiful garden and the rooms are private, stylish and spotlessly clean. The room service is exceptional with cleaning every few days and Anu always provides extra touches such as flowers. They have an amazing book collection that they generously share with guests. Both Anu and Chris are wonderful hosts and provide lots of support and tips about living the best life in Sri Lanka. I will certainly be back and I highly recommend Anu's place to others.
