What a wonderful little spot! Loki was a wonderful host, too. She even baked me a loaf of bread that was ready for me upon arrival from Florida! I was in Waimea for a 3-day conference, so I was up early (the rooster next door and I were on the same time schedule) and returned late each day. The private house is a small but more than I needed. It was exceptionally clean, which to me is the most important thing. As a "studio"-type house, the bedroom is opposite the kitchen as an open floor plan, with separate bathroom and shower rooms. That shower was incredible! It was the size of a whole room and was a treat in and of itself! The porch felt like an oasis - the photos in the description are very accurate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mahalo, Loki!

This is an incredible gem of a tiny "housie" that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. It is immaculately clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we felt welcomed the first minute we arrived. Tremendous thought has been put into every detail and Loki and Frank are exceptionally kind, generous, and gracious hosts. (Also their animals and the neighbors' goats are super cute). We truly could not have asked for a better experience all around and would recommend this spot 100000%.

Really nice hosts who have lived on the Hawaiian Islands either all of their lives or for generations. If you want to experience Aloha you will find it here. They take pride in their place and it is very clean, well appointed and cared for. The shower, for most, will be the nicest indoor private shower room they have ever experienced.
