Ren and Lornie were extremely kind and welcoming, and their finka is truly a home a way from home. If you are looking for a magical and peaceful place to relax, and if you want to take it easy and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, you should absolutely book a stay at their finka! We truly enjoyed spending time with Ren and Lornie and getting to know them, and we are so grateful for their warmth and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed Lornie’s delicious cooking every morning and night, and we loved spending time with their adorable animals on their farm! Also: we would like to give a huge shoutout to their amazing driver John Mark who drove us very safely and carefully while we were there- extremely grateful! An overall incredible and unforgettable experience, we will be happy to return one day! Thank you so much again for everything, Ren and Lornie!

In het Groene hart van Bohol vind je deze prachtige boerderij. Ook de weg er naar toe is een mooie ervaring. En bij aankomst word je hartelijk ontvangen en kan je beginnen met genieten van de rust en de natuur. Erg prettige en vriendelijke host en we komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Thank you Lornie for welcoming us to your wonderful home. We felt so well looked after and even though it was just for a nights stay- you made us feel so loved. I’ve been travelling the Philippines through out this month and can happily say it really left its warm, nostalgic and loving mark on us all. You have such an amazing home filled with so much character and amazing stories, it all felt so enchanting .Your homemade food was amazing too ! You are a mother to us all. Lornie and Japhet have been so kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay at the farm, the scenery is just beautiful and peaceful, the owners made us feel right at home - we would always come back here for a pleasurable break. Lornie has made amazing vegetarian food every night, we’re already missing her great cooking skills! The surroundings are very rural with very little restaurants or else, however you can find quite a few tourist attractions around the area, such as the chocolate hills, the sea of clouds, the Maki monkeys and water falls. Lornie has arranged a full day driver for us and John Mark war very thoughtful and kind, took us around all day and we felt very safe with him. All in all, it’s a recommendation! Thanks again :)

We had a very short stay at mam Lornie and Ren's farm and we immediately felt at home. The place is secluded but situated near the famous Danao Adventure Park, Chocolate Hills plus the Sea of Clouds Panoramic View as a bonus. It is quiet a place and my kids favorite is to went up on the tower which you could see the 360° view which includes the sunrise and sunset viewing. The Hosts Mam Lornie and Japhet welcome us with their genuine smile. They are humble, happy, and full of positive energy people. We can relate and communicate easily. The Food No wonder this place got a Superhost badge because she is an excellent cook with local cuisine. We had a wonderful dinner together with the other guests,we share and talked about their travellings and their experiences. Overall what makes unique about this homestay is the personal connection between the guests and the hosts its authentic Filipino culture- the value of hospitality which you seldom experience while traveling.
