we felt very comfortable at Jerry's house, he was very helpful and I appreciate that. His house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for a long stay or a short stay. I will definitely be back to stay again thanks Jerry

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Jerry’s place. Had everything you would need for a short or long stay. We would definitely stay again. Stress free holiday. Jerry was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Great location for doing any number of things or just relaxing in the back yard. Grapefruit, lemon and orange trees in the yard and the grapefruits were delicious! Pool was still too cold for a swim in Feb but fun to sit out at on a nice day. Bbq is huge and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

It’s an older house and maybe that’s why I felt so at home. I worked on a project 15min. From this location. It was perfect for what I needed. Fruit trees and wild cottontail rabbits in the backyard were some of the things we enjoyed while we stayed. All and all it was better than we expected. Thank you Jerry!

Worst house I have ever rented. We rented a house for a pool which was dirty never worked took a pool cleaner a week to come and never cleaned it. Didn’t even go in the water. The Wi-Fi didn’t work I had to call cox and fix the Wi-Fi. Not a single smart tv all old tv’s and one 1990s box tv. Heater is the worst you can’t set a temperature whatever the temperature you set it goes to 98 degrees no matter what you put so it’s either to cold at night or to hot so you have to wake up every house to turn it on and off. House was super dirty and old frozen food in there. We had to clean the house to be able to stay in it. I’ve rented houses from Airbnb before but never experienced anything like this before and never left a negative feed back ever. This house isn’t worth what I paid for.
