Karen was a wonderful host and we loved her home! This was one of my favorite AirB&B accommodations. We were there for the Indian Wells Ironman 70.3 triathlon and this was a perfect location for the race venue. It was also located in a lovely neighborhood against one of the mountains and yet close to everything. Trader Joes and many stores were an easy walk across the street. The house was clean and spotless, and Karen pays attention to all the important details. The kitchen had everything we needed and so well equipped. I loved the tile floors and Karen's artwork throughout the home. It's a comfortable place to stay with a classy California feel. The yard was a highlight of our stay. Beautiful views of the mountains, a pool and amazing gas firepit. The pool was great for swimming before and after the triathlon. It was great recovery the day after the race. And we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit with amazing views of the mountains. Overall, I highly recommend this one!

Karen was so easy to communicate with and a lovely hostess. The place was extremely comfortable and had a brilliant view in the backyard of the mountain it is pressed up against. Fire pit was relaxing and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. We definitely recommend this place.
