Nous avons séjourné du 1er au 8 août dans la maison de Mario. Nous sommes venu à 4 adultes et un chien, la maison est spacieuse et le jardin clôturé et ombragé. Il a fait très chaud mais la climatisation nous a permis de dormir sans problème. Un figuier vous offre le petit déjeuner avec des fruits au goût de miel. Le jacuzzi est grand et il nous a bien rafraîchi par ces fortes chaleurs! À quelques pas vous pouvez partir en ballade et découvrir la campagne Toscane , faune et flore préservées. À 25 minutes les plages libres et sauvages, de grands espaces avec vue sur les montagnes. Les villes de Lucca, Pise et Livorno, sont à visiter à moins d’une heure de la maison. À Massarosa vous trouverez un supermarché pour les courses , un viticulteur charmant vous fera déguster son vin a 3 minutes de la maison. Pour vos déplacements il vous faudra une voiture. Mario est réactif si vous avez des questions et saura vous indiquer de bons restaurants et les lieux à voir. Seul point négatif, le chenil du voisin avec des nuisances sonores parfois tôt le matin et une odeur d’urine en fonction du vent. Je recommande pour des vacances paisibles loin des villes dans un environnement préservé.

Die Villa ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Preis /Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Leider hat es während unseres Aufenthaltes durchgehend geregnet, Terrasse und Whirlpool sind aber gut überdacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Supermärkte zu Fuß leider nur schwer zu erreichen, mit dem Auto aber kein Problem. Unserem Hund hat der große, eingezäunte Garten sehr gut gefallen, für Spaziergänge haben wir allerdings auch stets zunächst das Auto genutzt. .

A small, cozy Villa, which has everything necessary for rest. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is conveniently located, by car 15 minutes to the sea, the magnificent cities of Lucca and Pisa in 20-30 minutes drive. There is a lot of shopping. Even when the weather is not good and the sea is storming, you can have a great time in Jacuzzi in garden. The pizzeria is a 10-minute walk, there is a very friendly hostess and great pizza for all tastes. Wonderful osteria, if you want to taste sea food. It's also a 10-minute walk away, but the other way. Once again, many thanks to Mario for his help with our car problems.

My friends and I had a fantastic time at Mario's place! He made sure to pick us up from the train station (although we highly recommend going by car, because there isn't really any public transportation to get you around. But if you have a car, you can surely get to the beach, to Pisa or to Lucca easily) and even got some groceries for us so we wouldn't have to walk all the way to the supermarket. The house is well-equipped and didn't feel crowded although there were five of us. The hot tub certainly was a highlight of our stay, and there's also a dishwasher and washing machine to make your life easier. All in all, I can only recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover Tuscany in a relaxed way without having to stay in the crowded cities.
