Logement agréable, idéalement situé, proche des commerces et des départs de balades. Les personnes de la réception sont adorables et très réactives. La piscine et le hammam sont très appréciables. L'ambiance dans la résidence est familiale. L appartement n'est pas très grand et un WC à l'étage aurait été parfait, mais à 6 et avec du beau temps, nous avons été très bien !!!

Bonne résidence pas loin du centre de Luz saint sauveur. Pas de bruits, la piscine est un vrai plus.

We stayed here for three nights with two children. I would not say this is good value for money - it is very basic and we paid £155 per night. In fact this might be the worst air bnb I’ve stayed in. The apartment was meant to be three bedrooms but the third bedroom is more of a cupboard than a bedroom. The mattresses were not comfortable, especially the one in the box room. I would not stay here with more than 4 people - there is only one toilet and it is situated right next to the kitchen area. The kitchen is basic - no oven and you’d find it hard to cook anything decent. The living room was cramped and the lighting was very depressing. We booked it for the sauna but that was not working, the steam room was cold and the pool is also quite cold. All in all not a great stay and to top it off you have to clean and mop the entire apartment or pay 85euros for it to be done. Also, you can actually book this on hotels dot com and get the credits so better book through there than air bnb.

L’appartement proposé est en gérance par des personnes très agréables et disponibles à l’accueil. L’appartement est très bien placé pour accéder à plusieurs stations. Il est propre. L’accès à la piscine est très facile. Cependant, il est loué pour 8 et il n’y a que 6 chaises à l’intérieur. Nous avons du prendre des chaises de jardin du balcon (4 seulement d’ailleurs). Il n’y a pas de four, on doit le demander à la réception ( de très petite taille, nous étions 8 et avant 20h, pas de tartiflette le soir de l’arrivée !). Il n’y a aucun équipement alimentaire de base (sel, poivre, huile …). Quand on vient pour un wd c’est fâcheux. Surtout que c’est précisé nul part. Il n’y a même pas une éponge, juste un rouleau de papier toilette … avec une arrivée après 20h impossible d’avoir un kit (3€!). Je trouve cette location un peu chère pour la prestation.
