We stayed here for a month and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sylvio and Carolina were extremely communicative and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. There were multiple times that we were pleasantly surprised to find something we needed in the closets. As all the other reviews mention, the location can't be beat. You're steps away from everything your heart desires, and it's the best place to go for walks. Probably the only thing to be aware of is that the bed is right next to the street, so the garbage collection can be quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. (I was fine but my wife struggled with it a few times). We were so sad to leave. Whenever we come back to Quebec City this will be the first place we look to re-book.
Yes! We did return to Sylvio and Carolina’s beautiful condo one year later; and it was even better! From the perfect location we were finally able to attend many of the bistros, galleries and shops that were closed a year ago due to Covid restrictions. Still the best bed we’ve slept in in over 150 AirBnB nights! Again, communication with these hosts was always immediate! Their condo is quiet, well appointed and located perfectly in Old Québec. We look forward to attending again one summer. Book it - you won’t be disappointed.
Great location and communication!
Superb in every possible respect. I was here for almost 2 months and my immersion into QC was made fantastically easy by this location (lower old town, on the walking street, equidistant from everything) and home setup. Easy comms. Nothing needed that wasn’t provided. For future visitors, go beyond the easy places…into St-Roch and Limoilou neighborhoods for incredible restaurants beyond the pale of tourists. QC is a stunner of a small city with a restaurant infrastructure belying its size. My stay included the best of autumnal color and descent into pre-winter…the best of times.
Couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment was beautiful and equipped for all our needs. Sylvio and Carolina were fantastic hosts.

We are architects. We love art, music and to spend time with great friends and good food. We are both fluent in French. Spanish and English. ..and speak a bit of Italian. In our spare time, we go down to our studio and paint, hoping it might become our full time work when we retire. If you have any questions on good restaurants in Ottawa or Quebec city, don't hesitate to ask.
