A wonderful stay in this luxury seaside apartment.The view is amazing and the quality of the accommodation is first class .Frances has thought of everything you might need and has created a beautiful comfortable and cosy space -comfy beds and seating and well equipped kitchen.Stonehaven offers a lot and is well served by public transport -we did not miss a car.Frances as a host was excellent -thoughtful helpful and very informative about local services restaurants walks etc.We enjoyed all the welcome treats !We had a great time and would love to return someday.

We had the joy of spending our Christmas break in Frances’ apartment. It’s an absolute gem - right on the sea, clean, warm, friendly and has everything you’ll need. There are two showers and a bath and plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well appointed and has a dishwasher and large dining table with views over the sea. Beds are warm and comfy. Frances is a delight - thought of everything, lovely festive touches and so many treats - we were thoroughly spoiled! She’s very knowledgable about the area and really went out her way for us. If you’re into outdoor activities I had a lovely swim in Botany Bay and run along the coast to Dunottar castle. The area is beautiful - great beaches and scenery, as well as plenty places to eat and drink. Thank you Frances - we’ll come back again soon. ❤️

Frances’s house was beautiful, she had gone to a lot of effort to make sure we felt right at home. The children loved the little decorations and treats! The view of the ocean was lovely and the walk along the waterfront was prefect. Of all the airbnbs we’ve stayed across the world, Frances’s house was the best so far! In Stonehaven itself, we enjoyed heading along for fish and chips at The Bay, ice cream at Mollys and coffee and pieces at Old Pier. My Beautiful Caravan had some great last minute gifts for Christmas too. Frances was a wonderful host and we can’t recommend her house enough!

A generous welcome made us feel immediately warm and at home. The flat is thoughtfully presented and catered for our every need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stonehaven and had a great time exploring castles, the coastline and Cairngorms. Despite some extreme weather, returning to the warm and cosy flat each evening was as much appreciated as opening the curtains each morning to uninterrupted views of the sea. Thank you, Frances.
