Myself and my mum stayed at Joy's place while attending the Brighton Marathon weekend. The space was exactly as described and had everything you could possibly need for a few nights. Joy was always responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area and would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants good value within walking distance of the city centre

The Studio is ideal for us as a base to visit family nearby, and we have stayed there quite a few times now. Joy is always friendly and helpful, and communication is excellent. We will be back soon!!

Lovely, cosy studio annex, well equipped with everything you might need. I stayed for several weeks as I was working in the area and I felt right ‘at home’ in very peaceful surroundings. Joy was the perfect host, helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again someday, highly recommended.
