地理位置方便去市中心，步行5分钟左右可以到达海滩，住宿的周围环境很安静，屋子里的厨房地板有毛发和灰尘，楼梯扶手和暖气片、窗台也蛮多灰尘的，我们自己动手清理干净了，楼上浴室的地板不平整，走动时会发出很大的震动和木板的摩擦声，半夜有人上厕所时会吵醒其他人，厨房没配备茶包，只有咖啡，没有糖和牛奶，如果想喝茶的需要自己备上茶包、糖和牛奶。最不开心的就是房东没有注明退房时间不能超过他们定的早上10点，我们超过了10分钟就被无理的要求多付25英镑，这是非常不合理的，也是非常没有人情味的，眼里只想着多赚客人的钱，我们不会再去入住，一次非常不开心的住宿体验。

We spent a few nights there for work and for us it was perfect, with free parking and very close to the beach as well. Communication was perfect we have managed to extend our stay with the host within literally minutes, I am happy to recommend you stay there if you are in Brighton

Great place to stay, out of the busyness of the centre of town, but close enough to walk to all local amenities. Would recommend
