We had a great stay here. The whole place could use a deep clean but it worked for us and we weren’t too picky. The things that mattered like linens and towels and beds and all that were clean! We were amazed by how much food was left - hash browns and sausages for days. Could’ve fed a group of 8 for a full weekend I’m pretty sure! We also loved the propane fireplace in the back and took full advantage of that. Overall a great stay and a good home base for our group! It is a bit of a walk/scooter/bike/Uber from everything however and if you walk, be cautious around going under the overpasses as they can be a bit sketchy!

Great house. Plenty of space for a large group. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit table. Chris was very responsive to questions and he provides great amenities. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soap for the shower, etc. We also appreciated all the breakfast food and even some wine. I highly recommend this place.

There were so many things in the house that needed to be cleaned and addressed before anyone should have been allowed to stay in it. The dishes and pots and pans all needed to be washed before using. The fridge was stocked with several new items we didn't use and many, partially used condiments etc.... The bathrooms and kitchen didn't have hand soap and I couldn't locate any in the home so I purchased our own. We understand it is an older home but there were holes in the walls, the shower pipes made a terrible rumbling sound, the dishwasher kicked off and needed to be reset several times. Several of the corners had dead spiders and some had very large and very alive spiders. Christopher did respond with the reset code, the overflowing garbage can details, the loud pipe that is a "mystery". He didn't respond to the last communication that the auto lock on the front door wouldn't work for us. He did offer to refund my money if I wanted to go somewhere else. That wasn't helpful with 10 people to relocate. I have reread the comments about the cleanliness and am baffled why those comments do not accurately reflect our experience at the house. It was such a disappointment to make arrangements for our family to stay in such an unkept home.

Wow, amazing space and location! Chris is a fantastic host. I can't imagine a better place the outside space is unbelievably comfortable. Our party of eight had plenty of room. The pantry was stocked with tons of great breakfast food. Wine was an awesome surprise. Thanks again for sharing your home. Stephanie
