The apartment was clean. The location is great. Shmariah was very kind and welcomed us when we arrived. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well-stocked and it had a water filter where you can get hot, lukewarm and cold water. Before we arrived, we planned on meeting up with another group of three, 1 week later, and managed to extend our stay to include all five of us in this same apartment. I want to thank Shmariah for working with us through this change. I think this added some confusion initially, but we got everything resolved.

Shmariah was a great host with great communication through Airbnb. He greeted us with his wife and showed us around their beautiful condo. We made a reservation from Sept 15th to Sept 26th. The condo was as described! Perfect location right in front of the beach. Literally the beach is across the street. The view from the balcony is breathtaking especially in the evening with the sunset. You can see all the boats docking in Haifa and you can even see the Baha’i gardens glowing at night. Shmariah provided everything necessary. The kitchen is FULLY equipped ( all pots, pans, dishes, cups, glass). All spices and olive oil for cooking available. Great Nespresso machine available and coffee pods. for tea drinkers there is a whole variety to chose from. You will also find a water filter machine that dispenses hot boiled water or cold water if necessary. Don’t need to keep buying water bottles. There is also a grill available for making great toast sandwiches! Shmariah left us a complimentary bottle of wine and champagne, a full fruit bowl, milk and Coca Cola bottle in the fridge. We really enjoyed the Israeli wine! The living room is spacious and the dining area as well with an expandable table that can sit more than 6 people. We really enjoyed the balcony which was very big with 2 rocking chairs, and lots of place to sit. You will also find beach chairs and a clothing rack to dry your towels after the beach. ( very practical!) We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and a view on old Akko city. In the evening there is a very nice breeze so it was perfect for a relaxed tea time. There is wifi and Netflix available as well. There are 4 bedrooms ( 2 queen beds and 4 singles). The master bedroom has an on suite bathroom with a full shower. Every bathroom has a hair dryer integrated in the wall near the sink which made it super practical for me :) The bedrooms are spacious and all have closets. Washer and dryer available as well for those staying with family and kids. We have zero complaints about the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and the location. Thank you to Shmariah and his wife for hosting us and letting us have a great stay in Israel. We are leaving with great memories and hopefully coming back again next year! 100% recommend this place!

הדירה מאובזרת ומרווחת מאוד, מרפסת גדולה ונעימה מול הים, האיזור שקט ויש קניון ליד הדירה, היתה לנו שהות נעימה מאוד.

Shmariah and his wife are excellent hosts. We were greeted with fruit, milk and plenty of coffee—which are essential for our family! The place is spacious and easy/great access to the beach. Highly recommend!
