We had a wonderful stay at Gard Solhag! Everything about the place is magical, the lake, the house, the boat, the area… Diana, Tobias and Mia are wonderful hosts, always helpful and available, communication was very uncomplicated and warm. The house is perfectly functional for a family, EVERYTHING works perfectly (Swiss precision :) and at the same time tasteful and rich with beautiful details! Would recommend it to everybody! See you soon!

Wir hatten wundervolle zwei Wochen. Das Haus ist sauber, super ausgestattet. Der angrenzende See ist fantastisch, man hat ihn quasi für sich alleine. Die zwei Saunen sind super. Diana und Tobias sind sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und haben uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

The place is quite nice although also expensive. Had a somewhat stressful time trying to work from here, since the internet was completely inadequate, despite checking beforehand if it was high quality. The host kept insisting it was fine. Wood is charged for by the carton, and we needed up being charged for more wood than was used. Mixed experience overall.

It is a fantastic place to relax, resource and get back in touch with nature, yet with all the needed amenities. We enjoyed the nearby lake, the sauna and the quietness.

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful location - Diana and Tobias were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome.
