Igor is very responsive and has a great place! We had a perfect view of the resort and ocean! Igor and the staff on site are very helpful and will make sure you’re taken care of! There’s a convenience store and outdoor restaurant and bar with an extensive menu at the resort or you can take a 15-20 minute walk or a quick cab ride to nearby restaurants and the Atlantis.

Nos encantó la estancia en este hotel, los empleados muy atentos, todo muy bien, únicamente deberían dejar utilizar los camastros después de las 4pm, ya que el señor me comento que a esa hora ya no se podían tomar. Nos encantó e detalle de la música en vivo y la comida y bebida. Excelente lugar!!! muy recomendable!!

The overall property is on the beach; that part is very accurate, however per pictures advertised and conversations had with the host, Igor, we were supposed to be in an ocean-view villa and this was confirmed by the resort staff, but somehow we ended up in a villa facing the parking lot and courtyard! This is not what I paid for nor anticipated per the pictures advertised on AirBnB. This was a birthday/wellness trip and the villas’s specific location on this property was the whole reason I booked it..moreover I had previously booked with Booking.com for another property that had ocean-view apartments but decided to check around and came across this listing on Airbnb. So I canceled the previous and booked this one. Not being able to correct the mistake made the experience even worse. The island itself is gorgeous, we enjoyed going to Atlantis and tasting the local delicacies especially at Anthony’s and ‘Fish-fry’. Overall I made the trip worth while, because I had to and because we were going to be there for 7 days, but the mishandling of our villa and the lack of care or concern to fix it immediately left a very bad taste in my mouth. This was my very first time renting anything on Airbnb and I am left with mixed feelings honestly. I was interviewed by the local news about the new Covid requirements on our departure day at the airport, so that was fun.
