Pilar was very responsive leading up to check in and during my stay. I had a minor issue with the water heater one day, but he came over and fixed it in a very timely manner. The place is a little dark as mentioned in one of the reviews, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me as I was out during the day anyways. The bed was comfy and the shower and bathroom was great. Such a convenient location as well. Thank you!

Schöne zentrale Lage in einem sehr schönem historischen Gebäude. Allerdings hat die Wohnung nur Fenster zum überdachten Innenhof. Das Schlafzimmer war Durchgangszimmer zum Bad und sehr hellhörig. Das Bad an sich war sauber, aber sanierungsbedürftig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung nur für 2 Personen. Schwierige Parkplatzsituation.

Appartement très bien situé au cœur de la ville , nous avons pu découvrir Séville facilement. Tous les centres d’intérêt à 15 mn maxi à pied .

The apartment is nicely located, very central! It's also tastefully designed, clean and beautiful. We saw other comments about the lack of privacy and the en suite bathroom, so we were expecting that. The only thing we did not expect is how dark the place was, even during the day. The only two windows are facing the courtyard, and since the apartment is on the ground floor, it doesn't get much light at all. It's not an issue if you only stay there during the evening, or come back for a nap, but if you need to stay the whole day to do some work, you might want to consider it! All in all we had a great stay with lots of nice tips!
