Park-like setting; Rogue River premier property. Use the Octagon Studio to enjoy the luxuries of the property or as a home base for the many amenities in the Rogue Valley. Relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub, lounge on the rivers beach, watch the river go by from the floating dock(seasonal) swing between two large pine trees, have an evening fire in the fire pit, catch trout for a morning breakfast, watch the abundant wildlife. Relaxing, romantic, fun, resort quality....enjoy Ample and free parking. Property is located through the gated entrance. We know you will love the experience as much as we, the owners do. The Octagon is located at the end of a meandering path. Included is the following: Octagon with all its ammenities, outside dining area, barbecue, deck just outside the Octagon, lower deck for sitting and of course the hot tub. The hot tub is exclusive to the Octagon.

Beautiful nature, very peaceful, friendly host and right next to the river! We really enjoyed relaxing here over the weekend and even did some fishing right on the property. Comfortable bed, clean place with everything you need to relax.

What a special spot! Would definitely return. It is small, and if you want a full kitchen, this is not your place. However, the view, the charm of the property, and the location made it perfect for us.

This was a very relaxing stay and the things I didn't like were really my own fault for not paying close attention to the listing: the nearness to the main house and the limited kitchen. I had a great time and caught a huge steelhead!

My partner & I had a wonderful time by the riverside in Jerry’s octagonal getaway- the scenery was misty & pleasant, with the sound of peeping frogs at night. We enjoyed cold river dips, then warming in the hot tub- so refreshing! The bed was very comfy, & though close to the main home, we felt that we had privacy & peace. Would definitely return, & highly recommend !
