Perfect place for a summer vacation with your family. Alexandra was very easy to communicate with, always helpful. The house is in the peaceful part of the village where there are only villas, no apartment complexes. Yet, only 5 minutes on foot to the beach and about 2 km from the village pedestrian area with restaurants, bakeries and cafés. The kitchen is very well equipped. Don't worry about supplies as you have Lidl nearby just 2 minutes on foot. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet, which is quite convenient if you are with more people. And also there is a lovely veranda with a sofa, chairs and a big table. Perfect for eating or just chilling outside. We enjoyed the lovely company of a cat family. So, if you like cats (like we do), don't forget to bring them treats. No worries about parking space. There is plenty of it. All of us (5 people of various ages) were happy with the place and also with Nea Iraklitsa and we'll definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The place was comfortable, had absolutely everything one needs and even more and the view is amazing. Both the patio and the roof terrace were amazing! Also, all the small details at the house are very well taught out and the house has all needed amenities. it's probably not the most suitable for older guests who cannot climb stairs, although there is also a sofa bed on the first floor, which works okay. A little bit of a problem were the lack of air-conditioning in the rooms itself - there are air-conditioners in the hallways though so it works fine, but with a little baby it made it a bit difficult. The location is great, but there is some 10 mins walk to the nearest beach, so I would probably recommend going by car.

I absolutely loved my stay at this house! It was incredibly clean, and both terraces were just amazing, perfect for relaxing. The fact that it's located within the same yard as another house wasn't a bother at all – in fact, it was great to see the children from both houses playing together, creating a friendly atmosphere. At the same time the houses were located in a way that the adults were not disturbing each others. The cheerful decor added a lovely touch, and they had everything you need for a delightful stay. One more thing that made this house perfect was its location. Just a quick 10-minute walk to the nearest beach, and a Lidl supermarket conveniently just 5 minutes away. The guesthouse had a fully-equipped kitchen that was a real game-changer. It made it easy to whip up meals whenever I wanted, adding a homely touch to my stay. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Very clean location with all you need to feel like home! Also, the whole house was coverred by air conditioning, even in the attic, so we had a good sleep even during hot days :))
