Rapport qualité prix à revoir, cher pour la prestation. La rénovation de l'appartement est certes esthétique mais absolument pas phonique. Nous étions DANS le bar jusqu'à sa fermeture au environ de 23h, je n'ose imaginer le week-end. Le vrai point positif de ce logement est sa localité.

Studio charmant fidèle aux photos et à la description. Son emplacement central est idéal, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Un choix pratique pour un séjour agréable.

The apartment was great. It was fresh and clean with everything we needed for a compfortable stay. The location was fabulous, within walking distance of the Pompidou, Louvre etc with lots of nice cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Less then five minutes away there was a beautiful park with a play area that our son loved. The only slight downside was that because the apartment is so central there was a bit of evening noise from a nearby bar till around 10.30/11.00 at night. It was very peaceful and quiet the rest of the time.

Great place that is easily walkable to many cultural sites. Floors are exposed brick and therefore always dusty/ a little crumbly, and there’s a bar right next door that will play loud music on the weekends until 1am. Apart from this all the amenities were great and worth the price
