The place was good. It was quiet. The host was responsive and friendly. It was convenient since you can get drinking water from them. However, I originally booked for a room in the ground floor since i was there for a minor operation but they placed me in third floor. The water was rusty, their tank needs cleaning. And the tv’s netflix was not working for the first 2 days. Overall, it was a decent stay. For a compact space, you get what you pay for.

The unit I booked for was 103 and for some reason the lady said the unit is fully booked and I will have to take 309. I have a heavy luggage to carry and no one helped me to carry it up so make sure you prepare your muscles. The linens and towels are old. They were changed once upon messaging Nick, on the same day they swept the floor but they did not clean the sink and the toilet. The toilet walls and bowl need scrubbing. I think they only clean as per request unlike other BNB I stayed, they offer cleaning every 2nd or 3rd day. The biggest off is the bed. The mid part of the foam has sunk and it is quite uncomfortable to sleep. On a positive note the location is accessible to a lot of places. Easy to get Grab or taxi because the pin is accurate. The Internet connection is good. They have hot or cold shower. The unit has a complete kitchen facility with a mini fridge so you can cook and store food during your stay. It is walking distance to several sari sari stores and supermarkets too. I will still consider booking this property however I hope that the team can consider this feedback as an area to improve further. All the best.
