Once in a lifetime experience and vacation ! Thomi’s house offers the best of everything- close to a quiet almost private beach, nested inside a nice area with small houses and not far from the village, highway and major conveniences. The house is large, modern and extremely comfortable - we were 7 adults and one toddler and felt just perfect. In addition, Thomi is a one of a kind host, the attention and care that she showed to us is unmatched!! Thank you so so much ! Looking forward to visiting you again.

Das Haus ist ein schönes älteres Haus. Die sanitären Anlagen sind alt, verkalkt und verrostet. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist nach regelmäßigem Gebrauch aus der Verankerung gebrochen (Halterung ist durch gerostet). Die Gasleitung am Küchenherd in der unteren Wohnung war durchgerostet und bei Gebrauch gefährlich. Wurde trotzdem, beim Check-In, als funktionsfähig beschrieben, es würde nur eine Gasflasche fehlen. In der Haus Beschreibung wurden alle 3 Küchen als voll funktionsfähig und ausgestattet dargestellt, dem ist nicht so. Nach langen Diskussionen wurde ein neuer Elektroherd installiert. Beim Check-In, waren 2 Personen als Vertretung der Vermieterin anwesend, die lediglich griechisch sprachen . Telefonisch erläuterte die Vermieterin die Funktionen der einzelnen Geräte und Ausstattungen, wobei jeweils Einschränkungen angemerkt wurden. Aus den Abflüssen kam ein egelhafter Geruch, der aus der Fäkaliengruppe stammt. Beim Abfluss von Wasser pfeifen die Leitungen. Die Klimaanlage war wenn sie über einen längeren Zeitraum lief so laut das man Nachts nicht schlafen konnte, außerdem für die Räumlichkeiten zu klein dimensioniert. In den Schlafzimmern waren minimal 26° erreichbar. Der Ungezieferbefall in der unteren Wohnung, wurde durch einen Kammerjäger, nach langen Diskussionen bekämpft, trotzdem war es ein unangenehmes Gefühl in der Wohnung vor allem für die Kinder. Die Plastik Gartenstühle an der Außenküche sind durch das Wetter mit der Zeit porös geworden, zwei davon sind beim ersten Sitzen gebrochen. Der Barbecue Grill im Außenbereich sollte nicht benutzt werden, da drunter die Wasserpumpe für das Haus ist. Wie gesagt das Haus ist ein schönes Haus, auch in der Aufteilung der Appartments und der einzelnen Zimmer. Wenn man etwas Geld in die Hand nimmt und es renoviert wird es bestimmt sehr angenehm dort zu wohnen. Die Wohnsiedlung in der das Haus ist, ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 4 Km entfernt. Der Strand ist ein wilder Strand, ruhig und nicht viel Verkehr, wird hauptsächlich von Einheimischen benutzt. Für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet. Leider hat uns Airbnb keine andere Alternative angeboten, sonst wären wir abgereist.

We were guests in this cozy house, two families - a total of 7 people. The house allows it with the separate floors. It is equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Thomi is a wonderful, responsive and communicative owner. The Internet is constantly developing and you can see all the sights, attractions and restaurants around, but Thomi's suggestions and guidelines in view of the few days we had for vacation are top ten. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Thomi is a very good communicator and we felt very welcomed in her house. The house is very close to a nice little beach. It has a veranda and a small yard. We liked the kitchen outside, but also the ones inside. All the appliances were nice and of high quality and the house was clean. We would come back here anytime

Thomi was really nice and helpful. The house is situated close to the beach and has multiple facilities such as barbecue, 2 well equipped kitchens. The only thing unpleasant was the fact that you can not take a shower simultaneously in both baths because of the low pressure of the water. The house is located quite far from the village Nea Potidea( around 5km but accessible by car) where you can find supermarkets and places to eat, but every morning there is delivery with fresh bread and pastry which for us was really nice. All in all, our stay at Thomi’s house was great and we definitely recommend this place!
