非常不错，房东热情而周到。房源位于市中心，装修很不错，干净整洁。我在这里居住了四个多月，时间很快就过去了。临走时 还会有些恋恋不舍

Mais Quoi dire ! juste entièrement enchantée du charme et du calme du logement. Il correspondait totalement à l'attendu même plus. Son prix est largement insignifiant devant la qualité vendue. Franchement, je voulais volontiers rajouter un second mois de location, son mérite est grand. De la même occasion, je remercie infiniment Joel pour toute aide confondue.

Joel’s place was very clean, cozy and quiet in the heart of Ottawa downtown with great access to public transit, restaurants and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at Joel's apartment in Ottawa and had a mixed experience. The place was undeniably beautiful, and the building's amenities like the hot tub, gym, and office spaces were fantastic. It felt secure and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed that some basic amenities were missing, such as a bathroom mat and a shower caddy for our supplies, towels. Additionally, the sink was severely clogged during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. With a few improvements, this place could be a perfect stay for anyone.
