Our mini projector can play movies from your phone, tablet or laptop to the wall… while you recline on the very large brand new sofa and sofa bed! For al fresco coffee and dining, enjoy the sun from dawn til 4pm on the pretty flower lined balcony with amazing views over the rooftops of Brighton and down towards the sea and coloured houses. After dark it’s the perfect place for a glass of wine, with fairylights, stars and watching the moon over the sea. The quiet one-way street has a coffee shops, bars, pubs, and restaurants at the end, not to mention some of the best fish & chips in brighton! It's only a short walk from the city centre, away from Hen-Town and Stag-Ville, but very close to the sea and i360. Brighton mainline train station is 0.6 miles away as is Hove. Off the landing is the mermaid beachhut bathroom, through a sliding door. Beyond that, follow the boardwalk to the little balcony with table, chairs and beach hut bench with cushions. It’s an East facing balcony with sunrise and romantic rooftop views - with show-stopping views over Brighton, sun from dawn til 4pm, and a table perfect for writing on or enjoying a coffee or glass of wine. The open plan lounge\kitchen is at the front and again, has sea views to the West over Hove. The bedroom is a small double with views across Brighton and a partial sea view from the writing desk. There’s an open plan living with laminated flooring, fitted kitchen with new washing machine, dishwasher and compact fridge freezer, plus electric hob & oven. There is a new large window seat with a slide out desk and brand new windows. Enjoy seaviews from the window seat over a lawn terrace (strictly no access allowed to that for structural reasons). This is a modern, well-equipped apartment with sun streaming through it.
