The home was very comfortable, clean, well stocked and conveniently located to Eisenhower Rec Center and Brownwood Square. Quiet and private. We spent a relaxing and entertaining month!

Andrew was easy to communicate with and helped me with anything I needed. He has a super nice house with some challenging puzzles that helped consume my time one rainy weekend. The Eisenhower recreation center is a short 1 mile walk. The Brownwood Paddock Square is 1.5 miles and easy access with a golf car!

What a perfect location and lovely home. The home has everything you would need to make you feel at home. Andrew responds almost immediately and answers any questions you may have. I will definitely be a repeat renter. No reason to look any further.

We had a really nice experience staying at this Courtyard Villa property. No more Hotel stays for us. Andrew was quick to respond to a few ?'s, and cordial. The property is clean throughout. The living room reclining couch and chairs were very comfortable. As was the Serta Perfect Sleeper bed & pillows. I've never had such restful sleep at any of the numerous places we've stayed until arriving here. Its centrally located in The Villages, near Brownwood Square, very convenient. Grocery stores close by. We felt right at home the entire stay. The shower water pressure was excellent. The appliances worked as they should. Ample dishes, pans, utensils etc.. The screened patio proved inviting spot to sit and sip a morning coffee. On my daily walks I was always greeted by friendly waves and smiles. Highly recommend this property for a stay. Its a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Thank you Andrew for sharing & providing us with such a nice place to enjoy our vacation from the cold Northeast.

Wonderful stay in paradise! Very convenient layout for a share as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house, each w/its own en suite bath. Comfortably furnished with everything you'll need. Lovely lanai & fenced courtyard, perfect for your furry family member and *extremly* private. The location is the absolute best- right in the center of The Villages, less than a 5 min drive to Brownwood Square- an easy 15 min drive, or less, to most everything I wanted to do. Andrew and Fran are extremely considerate hosts who are careful not to intrude in any way- great communicators and very nice people. Would book again in a heartbeat.
