We needed a place to celebrate Christmas with our family… we could have stayed in our Motor home but decided on an Airbnb …. No regrets!!!! Awesome stay

Great stay for two people and a pet. Space to be outside with our fur baby, was our main priority in booking. With the large live oak and maple trees, so pretty in late Fall, a lovely landscaped gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture, and an inviting well-maintained pool, the large backyard gave us hours of fresh air and fun. The cottage is simple and has a fully functional and spacious kitchen area. Two big windows and the front door offer nice views of the backyard birds and squirrels for people and pets. Easy working blinds to adjust as needed. James is low-key and friendly, never intrusive, and responsive to any needs. He also gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations as he is very knowledgeable about the Lafayette area. Lafayette is a great city to visit and everything is very accessible by car from this spot.

The cottage has a bright, cheerful vibe with a large grass yard to enjoy. I stayed for about 5 weeks and James was always available for questions and requests and proactive about communicating any activities I needed to be aware of. James accommodated and welcomed my two dogs to stay with me - which was very hard to find! 🐶🐶 The neighborhood is quiet and yet close to any store you might need. I felt safe and had much privacy. I would 100% stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. All was found as listed. All basic needs are covered. Even coffee!!! Super nice and responsive hosts. The pool was great and the yard and neighborhood was very peaceful. Great place for a getaway!
