Grettel's place is beautiful, exactly as in pictures. Kitchen has everything you need. All amenities were provided for us. Internet is fast and suitable for work. We liked the gym in the building. It's great place, just the neighborhood is not that amazing, a lot of homeless people on the street, but it's downtown. There is Trader's Joe close by, shopping center next to the building. Grettel is very friendly and always responded fast. She provided clear instructions and all information we needed.

Grettel was a great host and her place was as advertised. Super clean, friendly on-site security, and close walking distance to the mall and work.

We had a great stay in Grettel 's appartement. The room was equipped, exactly as described and very clean. Easy access to many means of public transportations. The securities and management person of the apartment were all nice and friendly. Grettel was a very understanding and responsive host and her place provided very comfortable place for our time in SF. Highly recommend.

I stayed in this Airbnb for 2 months+ when relocating. I can't say enough nice things about Grettel as a host. I give her 5 enthusiastic stars. This condo is generously sized for one person or a couple. The bedroom has no windows, but has lots of closet space. The bathroom and kitchen are modern. The living/dining rooms had the basics, and the TV's Roku is easy to use. The washer/dryer is an all-in-one. No issues with the wifi. I chose this Airbnb for it's proximity to work. I wanted a turn-key place to crash while house-hunting, and it was just that. Grettel arranged a weekly cleaning service, the front desk downstairs facilitated dry cleaning (Mulberry's), and it was easy to get food/groceries delivered. Coming from across the country, this neighborhood was not what I expected. I recommend you research Mid-Market San Francisco and know what you're likely to encounter before booking. It's a convenient location, and if you're street wise, you will have a great stay.

Grettel’s apartment was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless and the decor was stunning. I loved the soaking tub and the gym amenities. The area can be a little rough at night, but I never felt unsafe walking back. The security team is always around and ready to help whenever they can. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
