Absolutely beautiful property. There’s something about the location itself that calms you. You’re surrounded by trees and green fields with a beautiful mountain view. The place was pristine clean and the bed in the theater room was made up which made us feel welcomed right away. The theater room was spacious and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need even kid friendly dishes, and bakeware. The gas stove was a nice perk. And the shower was heavenly. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated as there were clear instructions on how to operate everything. Sitting around the fire with tons of firewood to roast marshmallows with was a wonderful experience. Our favorite thing was hopping inside the hot tub every night. What a way to relax. Really set us up for a good night’s sleep. Another favorite was having breakfast outside on the patio furniture. We enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to be back!

Awesome little place. It was very easy to get in and I felt I could reach out if I had questions, although I didn’t need to. Instructions were clear and the welcome sheet was informative! Definitely loved the hot tub and theater room! I was there with my small family but I’d gladly go back for a girls’ weekend.

My boy and I had a wonderful time at Jake’s basement apartment! The movie theater room was lots of fun and we really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub. Jake was very kind and a great communicator, and he also came outside and lit the fire pit for us. We’d love to stay again sometime!
