Situated on 24 acres of forested land with private trails that wind through the property! Our 4 bedroom plus loft cottage is a great place for families and friends to relax and have fun! Close driving distance to lakes in all directions. Central location for visitors to Tobermory (20 mins), Grotto (15 mins), Miller Lake (5 mins) & Lion’s Head (20 mins). Our place has a magical, rustic charm, with high vaulted ceilings, and large living room windows, where you are sure to catch a glimps of all the beautiful wildlife. The open concept floor plan is perfect for relaxing and socializing with your family and friends. The outside space: At the end of your day of adventures gather around the campfire with your family and friends to fully embrace the magic of this incredible place! Included in your stay is unlimited access to campfire wood. Under the gorgeous starry skies, tuck into our authentic teepee, hand sewn by John’s Uncle. Take a nap in one of the many hammocks around the property. Let the kids go wild as they zoom down the zip line, jump on the trampoline and climb the ninja line. New this season is our pirate ship playhouse! Enjoy an easy hike along our private trails that take you through the gorgeous cedar trees. Raining? No problem! Hang out in our screened in porch to still enjoy the outdoors. *Doggy family members are most welcome at our place!! *During our winter bookings guests will still have access to our trails and we have two sets of snowshoes available. We have a gas fireplace to keep you cozy! Please note that some of the features of the property that are available for summer use cannot be offered in the winter. We have a long laneway that leads to the house so four wheel/all wheel drive vehicles are best in the snow.
