Great location for a family holidays, 50m to the beach. Peaceful location with good bus connections to town. Supermarket close too. Would stay again

We have just had a really lovely week at this apartment! The apartment is exactly as described and looks as shown in the photos. It is a 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach- perfect for sunbathing, walking (you can walk for miles in both directions) or for little ones to paddle. There are sun beds you can hire. The Eroski supermarket is a 5 min walk from the flat, is well stocked and not particularly expensive. We walked along the beach to the port area and ate in a few restaurants on the beach front. The apartment itself is spacious, great living area with good TV, two balconies which means you can have sun in the morning and afternoon. The beds are comfy and the area quiet, we all slept well. The kitchen has everything you need and having a washer was handy. Bathrooms are modern and everywhere was really clean on arrival. Igor is a super host, let us check in a little earlier and attentive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gut gelegen. Alles war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Ein paar Schritte vom schönen Strand entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Dejlig lejlighed i fin stand meget tæt på stranden. Vi havde to små børn med, og lejligheden var fuldt egnet. Vi fik efter forespørgsel sat en barneseng og en barnestol frem.

Super nice apartment. You get what you see in the pictures. We loved how close it was to the beach, litterally 1 minute walk, maybe less if you are eager. Close to big supermarket. Clear and fast communication. We didn’t need to communicate at all with Igor while we were there as everything was in order. He fixed a nice driver and car for us from Palma airport to the apartment for 100euro, we were very happy with that too. Spacious apartment in a mostly quiet neighboorhood. Some sound from the hotel across the street with their evening shows, but besides that a nice quiet place a bit outside the most chaotic areas of Alcudia :)
