I booked the whole house for my family (10 person including 6 kids) We didn’t have wifi for whole period of stay, first day people on the reception just ignored our request, and on 3d day they tried to fix but unsuccessfully. The restaurant for breakfast was always full and sometimes you even have to wait till you find the place to sit and same with food. Girl on reservations said that they will do a discount for this inconvenience, but the day I paid was another guy on the reservation which called me to come to resection at 21:40 to pay for everything, he even didn’t want till the next day and of course he knew nothing about discount because of all this inconvenience It’s not i expected fir 1k per night

Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet mit Platz und ausreichend Parkplätzen. Leider fährt das beworbene Shuttle zum Disneyland nicht durchgehend und es war unklar wo es am Park wieder abfährt. Das hat uns geärgert. Das Häusschen war schön gestaltet und mit den einzelnen Zimmern optimal für uns. Leider hat der Boden im Wohnzimmer geklebt und es roch streng nach fett und essen. In zwei von vier Zimmern roch es unangenehm nach Parfüm. Sonst war es sauber und ordentlich. Die Eingangstür unsererseits Häusschens Nr. 10 war kaum zu schließen, da das Schloss hakte. Man musste die Tür regelrecht zuwerfen. Das Frühstück war überschaubar und etwas lieblos, aber ausreichend.
