Generally speaking, the experience in Koka' house is perfect. The room is close to many attractions like Liberty square, so it is really convenient. And the room is really comfortable and super clean. It contains everything you need for stay. Only the bathroom drainage need some improvement. The most important and impressive thing is that the Koke family is super nice. Koka is really cute and nice though cannot speak English. His son Nike can speak English and he is so helpful. His family lives beside the room so you can ask for help anytime you want. I really recommend this room!!! Hope to come back again! 总而言之，在koka的这次旅程超级舒适，完全超乎了原先的预期，虽然看了Airbnb上的说明就觉得很不错，真到了觉得简直完美，房间很舒适干净，而且房源地理位置绝佳，最最最好的一点是koka一家非常友好，给你宾至如归的感觉！！！非常好！！！强烈建议这家住宿，非常之棒！！

The place was amazing, every attraction in Tbilisi was in the area of the 20 min walk. The owners are very kind people and we felt like in our own home

I had a great time staying at Koka’s place. It’s cozy, close to main locations and public transport, with everything you need. I’m very grateful for accommodation and especially for such a warm and hospitality family who live there and was very friendly & helpful all the time.

Wir buchten diese Unterkunft 4 Jahre später erneut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl, da es nicht auf der Sonnenseite liegt. Wir sind sehr dankbar, von der Gastgeberfamilie herzlich empfangen zu werden.

It was wonderful to be greeted by the friendly faces of Koka and his family upon arrival after a hectic journey to Tbilisi. The apartment was clean and everything was ready for me to settle in immediately. They were helpful in answering my questions and I thoroughly enjoyed saying hello and talking to the family in passing (regardless of the language barrier at times). The location was extremely central to a lot of key activities in Tbilisi. There is a bus stop and multiple shops for necessities, just a few minutes walk away. It was always a delight to get to look out of the balcony at the incredible view and lovely plants. I had everything for a comfortable stay and an added bonus was the singing of the birds outside the window during the day. I am extremely grateful for the hospitality and friendliness of the whole family which made my stay such a pleasant one.
