Place is perfect for weekend stay, everything was as described. Bed a pillows were amazing best sleep!

Me gusto mucho la casa, muy buena ubicación Y estaba todo limpio Solo que encontramos unas cucarachas, no dejamos nada de comida afuera para que no hubiera mas Pero ademas de eso muy bonito todo Me gustaria que pusieran el letrero de donde sacar la basura, nunca lo encontre

We had a really positive experience at J's place. My family is from Brownsville so we were mostly having a small stay-cation with my parents and they loved it! Everything was a listed, clean, and conveniently located. There wasn't many people around so my only concern would be with the parking at peak season, but since we were out of season that was not the case for us. The space was as described and seen in pictures with only some minor cosmetic issues here and there. We also had a few restaurant options for dinner within walking distance which we loved. You could see the sunset from the balcony but it is facing south and the evening we stayed it was cloudy. We used the pool and enjoyed it! It was small but did the trick. Everything was functional and clean so definitely would return!

Tight parking and others don’t respect assigned space, elevator works when it wants too, living quarters need maintenance
