Stay was decent. Check-in was a breeze with the caretaker. The guards were friendly and helpful. There is a 7-11 store just a stone throw away. Can flag a tuk-tuk or meet up with a grab driver at the gate entrance of the condominium. There is a laundry drop off/pickup shop. A minutes walk exiting the entrance gate. Turn right on to the main road. It sits back on the right side of road. The people were truly hard working friendly people. Building has 2 high speed lifts (elevators). Which is always a good thing especially if you have much luggage. This unit did not have a microwave. And the window A/C seems to be on its last leg. Did become loud several times while trying to cycle through operating. May need replacing soon though. Overall, pleased with my stay at Sir Ethan's Condo. Would definitely recommend or book again in future tràvels while visiting Lapu-Lapu Mactan area. Thanks again Sir Ethan!🙏🏼

Check in process was simple and easy. Loved the place. Well furnished, very clean, well maintained. The pool was fantastic and really enjoyed it. There is a convenience store on site that was great for grabbing cold drinks or snacks. Everything worked great and the host was fantastic. Overall highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here again.

我遺失了鑰匙，房東馬上幫我送備用鑰匙，房間樓下有保全 ，有一次我遺失錢包，還幫我撿回來，待在這個社區很安全
