I think this is an awesome location! Dana is super sweet! Great communication and very welcoming. I think I misread information at some point on the posting because I wasn’t aware the room was above the deli, which means you can hear the workers at 7am chopping up things. It’s also right next to restaurants and a busy street so the noise at night or in the morning might bother you. A lot of drunk people walk by at night from the bars down the street. I was hoping to have a wash cloth and a trash bag in the trash can. So I hung on to my own trash. The bed was dirty so I didn’t sleep under the covers. I still love the location and think it’s cool to live above a deli. The view from the window was great. If the bed was cleaner, there was a wash cloth and a trash can, then I could see myself coming back. Still loved the experience. Hope this feedback helps!

This Airbnb is idealistic for the minimalist! If you are looking for the basics with an unbelievable walk ability, this is the place to go. The price is great for the location, cannot be beat! great coffee and sandwiches directly down the stairs, as soon as you turn left, you are on the sand. Dana was great with communicating and I think I found my annual veterans day get away. Hermosa Beach is so clean and there is so much to do, restaurants, bars, cafes. Every morning I was able to wake up, go for a jog on the beach, catch sunrise, get a coffee and start my morning slow. Mornings can be a little chilly and it is a gas heater, so be sure to ask how to ignite the pilot for the heater if you are unfamiliar like most Californians, but I did go in November and the weather during the day was a nice 70/75 degrees. Amazing host and amazing spot. If you're not looking for fancy crystal chandeliers and just want to go have fun come back to the Airbnb shower and sleep, this is the place!

Dana was a great host! Very friendly and flexible. The place is in an amazing location around cool restaurants and right by the beach.

Location, location,location. This was a perfectly imagined beach apartment -I loved it .Dana is such a nice person too - very accommodating. If I’m ever back in LA , I’ll be back here for sure .
