Beautiful property with direct access to mtb and hiking trails. Comfortable space, we loved waking up to birds singing in the morning and when we did drive to a trail it was only 10-20 mins. Amenities were good including a bike locker and a bike wash station, cute mid-century modern with bike accents throughout and great little deck and swing below.

This was a perfect stay! Ed & Sara have a real gem in NWAR! Hike the trails ~ Ride the trails ~ Visit the lakes! It's all good. We had an amazing time, and this property is a perfect launch for all things TRAILS in NWAR! Don't forget to hit the Farmer's Market in Bentonville on Saturday! So much ART! Such good COFFEE! You won't be disappointed with the Bed & Shred! It's an Airbnb 5 Star Experience! Enjoy!

The space was very cute and compact. We especially enjoyed the patio and swing. It was quiet and private, just what we were looking for! The hosts provided some nice extras including coffee, cream, and sugar.

We will definitely be back. Amazing location, in a very accessible location of town. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. The decor was thoughtful and well maintained.
