It's a large, impressive apartment with a lived in, right at home feel. Communication was fantastic and lots of suggestions and a map for places to eat or visit. It was easy to get to from the station and nice being so close to the river. The beds were on the firm side and some things are starting to show a little ware and tear, but on the whole a beautiful apartment to spend a few days in 😎

This apartment is stunning and we really enjoyed staying there. A little outside the centre of Florence, but easily walkable (20 minutes), and it is in a very safe neighbourhood with a good selection of shops and a few restaurants close by. It is also walking distance of Santa Maria Novella train station which made our arrival / travel to and from the airport easy. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and just as described. Alessandra was an excellent host - friendly and helpful, even providing us with olive oil which we needed at the last minute when cooking at home on the final night of our stay. If you are lucky enough that this apartment is available for your dates, I highly recommend you book it.

We stayed at the property for a week for a family reunion and loved it. We loved the gigantic living area and the high ceilings which makes a family reunion great and you don’t feel tight. We were there with our one year old and the open space in the living area was great for her to crawl around or play on the rug. The property didn’t have a crib originally, but we asked about that before our travel and Alessandra was able to find one which saved us a lot of effort from traveling with it. The kitchen was great for a nice family dinner and far away from the sleeping area which was great for our situation with a baby sleeping at 7pm and allowing us to still speak loud enough. The property is nicely located on the river side which you can easily get to main attractions in 15-20 mins walk such as Piazza repubblica, ponte vecchio, or santo spirito.

The place is absolutely beautiful but not made for terrible hot summer days as there is no A/C The 3rd bedroom is not usable for adults - you can’t stand straight. On top the hot air is killing you. I slept on the balcony. Besides that there is a crazy loud construction side next door. The work starts currently at 6.00 am. If this will be finished you can listen to the birds which is great
