This stay was exactly what we had hoped for when we decided to take a family trip to Yosemite for the first time with our 2 yr old son and our dogs. The property was great and quiet after long drives and long activities at the NP. The drive to Yosemite is about 45 min to 1 hr, but it was not a problem at all as it is a straight shot once you get back to 140. Peter was very responsive and very helpful, we felt very welcomed to the location and the area, and were able to enjoy the views without any concerns. It was the perfect place to stay as a core memory of our first family trip to Yosemite!

Peter's place was a private gem only a short drive from Mariposa. The property was beautifully tucked away and offered incredible mountain views. We didn't use the spa during our trip, but the back deck was the favourite place for the whole family to hang out (dogs included!) The property was nicely fenced, so we felt comfortable having our pets with us. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be within driving distance of Yosemite but without all the tourists. Peter was also a responsive and accommodating host. We really appreciated his flexibility with our stay!
