We are a premier Guest Ranch property with accommodations at our Ranch House overlooking the beautiful Gypsum Hills, three miles southwest of Medicine Lodge. Our ranch house and rooms have a simple western, rustic charm to make you feel right at home. Our guests enjoy relaxing on the porch while taking in the beautiful scenery unique to South Central Kansas. We welcome family and friends to gather and enjoy time away in the country however parties at the ranch house are not allowed. You’ll have access to the entire ranch house. The garage and a refrigerator in the mud room as well as out buildings are for ranch use only

John and Andrea are amazing. We loved the home. The black labrador was a great friend to greet us to the property. Kitchen amenities were wonderful. We used the five bedroom house. The other resources at the property (event barn, and RV slips) were very appealing. We would definitely love to return to this property.

The property exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom had it's own full bath which made sharing with a large group easy. The owners were SUPER accomodating and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. If you are planning a group outing in the area - this is the place you want to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Ranch House. It’s a Great space with comfortable furniture and beautiful decor. Good water pressure, full functional kitchen, nice living room, comfortable bedrooms, and good Wi-Fi. Visit this ranch for relaxing sunsets and beautiful vista views of the gyp hills!!
