The apartment has 63 m2 and is located in a new residential building on the second floor. The apartment can accommodate five persons and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a terrace. The first bedroom has two single beds, the other has a double bed, the bathroom has a washing machine, bath, washbasin and toilet. Next to the kitchen there is a dining room. In the living room there is air conditioning, a sofa bed and a TV. There is also a terrace. Parking is free. The first bedroom has two single beds (width 90 cm), the other has a double bed (width 160 cm). Cabinets provide enough storage space. The bathroom has a washing machine, bath, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven and refrigerator with freezer, and has a coffee maker, toaster and water kettle. Next to the kitchen there is a dining room. In the living room there is air conditioning, a sofa bed and a TV. There is also a terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy a light morning coffee.

We really enjoyed our time here, was a great base for exploring Zadar and the local attractions. Apartment was safe, clean, convenient and all we needed. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, super responsive and friendly. If planning to use as a walking base into Zadar the quickest route (that we used) was dimly lit at night, so may be of note for those travelling alone. All in all a great place to stay!

Tamara and Hrvoje have a beautiful apartment, perfect for 4 or 5 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment was spotlessly clean. There are 2 supermarkets about 5 mins away and the old town is a 20 / 25 minute walk or a 10 minute drive. Hrvoje was very accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in at 8pm, giving us tips and recommendations for Zadar and booking a taxi to the airport for us. There is lots of free parking around the apartment, ideal for our hire car. I would really recommend this apartment if you are staying in Zadar.

The building is located in a quiet part of town, 1300 meters from the sea and from the city center (old town). There are two hypermarkets (Kaufland and Tommy) and two bakeries, where you can buy all the groceries at 200 meters away. There is also a City Gallery shopping center with all the accompanying amenities (shops, coffee bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, pancake-bar, Cinestar Cinema, ...). The nearest beach is 1600 m away.
For sporting types as well as for families with children, it is important to point out that there is a large sports center with athletic track, trim track, basketball courts, soccer, volleyball, exercise grounds and playgrounds (free use for all) at 300 m from the apartment.

Bus station is 200 m from the apartment, but you can reach the old town on foot in 15 minutes. The main intercity bus station is 1 km away from the apartment.
