Located within the Snowdonia National Park close to the stunning Mawddach estuary and Cader Idris mountain range. It's also within walking distance of Mawddach trail. The Mill house is a ground floor apartment which has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. It also has a private garden to the rear of the property which over looks an apple orchard and grazed fields around our farm. We have a river running through the farm which can be used for fishing. We have a spacious garden at the farmhouse for your dogs and children to play in and a seating area to relax in. We also offer direct access onto the Mawddach trail which is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Perfect 2 night stay. Accommodation was exactly what we wanted with space for our dogs to run around. They took a liking to the sheep that kept coming to the fence for a visit. Place was spotless and had everything we needed. Would recommend a stay here.
Absolutely enjoyed the stay
We booked here for only 1 night, but wished we were able to stay longer. Family of 5, 2 adults 3 children. Perfect space, very roomy. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful. Richard recommended a lovely walk in the woods that led to the estuary. The route we took was great but would advise for those that find climbing up & down hill be mindful if this walk. The bull onsite was very cute and after seeing on the post that he liked cystsrd creams my children purposely brought a packet with them ust for him. He really does like them. Apartment was ready and really warm upon arrival, fully equiped kitchen, fresh milk & tea, coffee, sugar facility. Towels bedding inc. We found a lovely pub 5 min drive away George 3rd, love food and good kids menu!

We are in the heart of the National park with stunning woodland and mountain scenery. We are just a 10 minute drive from the sea at Fairbourne which has a sandy beach.
By train the closest station is Fairbourne or Morfa Mawddach and we are on the No. 28 bus route.

Hello, My name is Richard and I'm a university graduate in agriculture. I started my Air BnB journey back in 2018 at the age of just 20 by helping an elderly friend manage his holiday let when he was struggling with poor health and unable to run his business by himself. I really enjoyed the experience of being a host and meeting such a wide variety of guests from all over the world, so much so that I ended up starting my own Air BnB business. To date I have grown my business from looking after just a friend's listing on this platform to looking after several listings for other holiday home owners in our local area of Snowdonia Wales.
