We love our stay at Karl’s. Quiet and safe location. Just 10-15 mins drive to harbor point and main restos inside SBMA. Anyone who would like a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still wants the convenience and accessibility of many places- this place is for you.

The unit itself is clean and very aesthetic. Hassle free check in and out. Helpful instructions were provided all around the unit. The owner also is very accommodating and helpful. Plus, the complimentary coffee is divine! Hehe The view outside the unit is relaxing and has a serene vibes. Overall, we had a great stay and we plan on booking it again.

We had a lovely, restful stay at Karl and Liza's place. We will definitely miss this peaceful and laid-back neighborhood even if we only stayed for one night. Love the kitty decors too! Might be a challenge if you're coming by commute but they give taxi numbers and food delivery services you can use. Self-check in was easy and hassle-free.

What I liked about the place was that It felt cozy and comfy, had strong internet connection, pet friendly, it was in a peaceful and full of nature neighborhood. Also, free coffee. I would definitely comeback. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
