Gary was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our time in siesta key. His house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! My family and I had a great time, we will be staying there again!!

Gary's place is super cool. We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! It's about a 10 minute walk to the Village. Gary provided two bikes and we rented two more for our family of 4 and it made it very easy to get our stuff to the beach. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Five star, first rate stay! We stayed for a month and worked remotely so we were able to truly appreciate Gary’s home. It is beautifully appointed and the longer we stayed we appreciated the regular maintenance and upkeep that Gary provides. This home has everything you would need, all consumables, kitchen items, etc. We appreciated the privacy and fenced in yard with a beautiful pool. You will not find a better location on the entire key. Minutes to the beach, minutes to the village. We did not use our car for the month. It was so much fun to ride the bikes both around the key and right on the beach! All of Gary’s recommendations were spot on and not only is Gary responsive, it is clear how much he loves his home and wants you to love it too. We sure did and can’t wait to be back!

My wife and I stayed at Gary's place for 10 days in September. It more than exceeded expectations. If anything, the house is even better than pictured. Gorgeous home, immaculately clean, and very nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings. Gary doesn't skimp on the consumables either. There were plenty of toiletries and paper goods to last for the duration of the stay. As others have noted, it's a very short walk to Siesta Key Village and only a little further to the beach. Frankly, we enjoyed the serenity of the private backyard and the awesome pool/ spa as much as we did the beach. Gary is a fantastic host; very responsive. It's no surprise that Gary has collected nothing but 5-star ratings. Terrific house and rental experience--we'll be back!
