I think that Stephanie is a top quality host. She is responsive and attended to our needs in exemplary fashion. The problem here is with the owner of this condo (supposedly an "abogada") who apparently wants to make money on rent while refusing to keep the place in hospitable condition. The apartment was generally unclean. There was no A/C and the apartment became scorching hot during the day (again, she probably did not install A/C to save on energy costs). Also, the host did not have a drying machine and charged extra for use of the laundry machine. The TV in the bottom bedroom was placed on a skimpy desk-stand like in a bar boned college dorm room. The shower area in the bathroom had lime deposits all over. The furniture was extremely cheap and shoddy. This place is generally not suitable for Airbnb renting services for even modestly discerning travelers The other Airbnb apartments at this building had entirely higher standards of cleanliness and furnishings.

My stay was perfect. It was a last minute booking and Stephanie was very attentive. Fast and efficient communication. The place itself is exactly how it is listed. It is great to see the city at night yet have the park right in front of you. The elevator technology had me fooled sometimes as it wasn't reading my card. On the overall I loved my short stay.

Amazing views and very safe neighborhood. 20 minute Uber to Barrio Escalante. I would come back.
